2006 - 2007

This piece continued the concept of developing and maintaining an active lifestyle. In 2006, I committed myself to thirty minutes of exercise every day for one full year. While the exercise often consisted of traditional forms, such as walking the dogs, nature hikes, biking, and the like, the main stipulation was that the activity involve thirty minutes of continuous movement. Some days, the exercise would be as basic as pacing throughout the house while on a phone call, vacuuming, walking up and down the stairs, or dancing to music. This piece fed my desire for a more active life and aided me in maintaining my weight loss from Art as My Vehicle #3: Before and After.
